WHAT EACH WRESTLER NEEDS

Please be prepared to have the following items ready for the first practice:

  • USA Wrestling Card (Mandatory to be at Lions Pride Practice, (see details)
  • CLEAN shorts and shirt (preferably no pockets)
  • Sweat Towel
  • Wrestling Shoes (no sneakers allowed on mats)
  • Head Gear
  • Mouth Piece (optional)
  • Singlet (if you plan on competing in tournaments, full description below)

Where, Why, and How Much?

USA Wrestling and Lions Pride require gear primarily for the safety of the wrestlers, some are mandatory and some are optional. Some will be required for tournaments and some wont.
